Stephen Jack
Team LeaderStephen Jack is the Team Leader for Keller Williams San Diego Metro. As a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, he utilizes his training to coach associates and sales partners on communication styles and the techniques to create lasting business and personal relationships. He currently consults numerous real estate teams that are a part of "Gary Keller's Top 100" in the nation. He also presents alongside real estate mogul, Monica Reynolds, for the "Perfect Real Estate Team Bootcamp" workshops throughout Southern California. Before becoming a Team Leader, Stephen was the Sales Manager for Chris Heller, the former CEO of Keller Williams, producing over $100 million in production every year. In addition, he worked directly with Dianna Kokoszka and Tony DiCello at the headquarters for Keller Williams to develop, create, and implement training systems for the Client Care Team of MAPS Coaching. During quarterly coaching training, he would provide insight into the psychology of the client to improve the client/coach relationship and encourage a proactive approach to mitigate conflict. His educational background and research in Clinical Psychology allows him to take an objective and creative approach to real estate. He is published for his research in Discourse Analytics and was a featured presenter at the American Psychological Association's national conference in Boston. He currently shares this passion with all associates in the Market Center, and lives with the mission to "change lives, cleverly disguised as a real estate agent."

Robert Schantz
Head InstructorWith a degree in Business Administration-Finance, Robert Ray Schantz graduated California State University Chico, Before embarking on a career in real estate in 2002, Robert had an impressive career in Sales & Marketing with various media publications and he also served as Vice President of Systems & Operations for one of San Diego's largest specialty retail chains. Robert broke into residential real estate working with a reputable local developer. By focusing on a selling "vertical" living spaces in Downtown San Diego, he became instrumental to the developer by selling 514 luxury high rise residential units. After attained his Brokers License, Robert joined Keller Williams Realty’s San Diego Metro office in December 2006 as a Broker Associate. By August of 2007, he had joined the Leadership Team as one of the first Productivity Coaches in the nation with Keller Williams Realty. Over the past decade Robert has coached over 500+ agents. Today Robert serves as the Managing Broker for Keller Williams Realty’s San Diego Metro office. This office is #1 in their market, and #13 in the entire county with over 275 Agents on the roster. When not working, Robert enjoys spending time with family and friends and enjoys gourmet cooking.

Barbra Hart
InstructorOriginally from Chicago, Dr. Barbara Hart served others as a police officer. In 1997, tired of the cold climate and wanting a change, she relocated to Los Angeles and switched careers. After obtaining her real estate license she went to work and quickly discovered how much she enjoyed working with people in the sale of residential properties ranging from “fixer-uppers,” to condos to luxury homes; as well as investment and commercial properties. Eventually she even opened her own brokerage. Unlike most real estate professionals, Dr. Hart also worked with the Federal Government’s Core of Engineers and Cal Trans on large industrial projects. “My other passion is teaching,” shares Dr. Hunt. That explains why over the past 17 years, she’s taught Law, Real Estate Studies, Business Management, Ethics, Paralegal Studies, and Humanities as a part-time University Professor. “I enjoy being instrumental in my students accomplishing their goals.” That may be why she’s received the Distinguished Facility award multiple times - an award voted on by the students at each university. Dr. Hunt now shares her wealth of knowledge and combines her love of real estate and teaching as part of the faculty at KW Real Estate School, Inc.

Julie Hart
Lead InstructorJulie brings over 16 years of experience facilitating the licensing process for numerous Real Estate Agents and Brokers. “I am passionate about being a reliable resource for students. Seeing a student quickly go into productivity is my reward,” says the Lead Instructor at KW Real Estate Schools, Inc. Her passion, methods and extensive experience have proven to increase the passing rates for students on their first attempt. Julie has developed two real estate school and is also the main facilitator of the online "Facebook Forum". When not working, snow skiing, scuba diving and traveling keep Julie busy.
