3. Prepare and organize
There are dozens of topics that you’ll need to study in order to pass the Real Estate exam, some of these topics include property ownership, property valuation, financing, and Real Estate practices necessary to run a successful business.
The California Real Estate exam has 150 questions on any or all of the topics listed above as well as dozens more. It’s common for it to take more than one attempt to pass the test, in some cases two or three. That is why our Real Estate school offers courses with over 1100 practice questions based on years of data from the DRE- what we consider our 1-Day Prep program. This hybrid course consists of online study material and live, interactive features. Examinees are allowed unlimited access to our weekly live prep classes held on Saturdays in select locations.
