Parker brings more than 14 years of real estate industry experience to the school’s 12-week Group Study program and 1-Day Power Prep course.
CARLSBAD, Calif. — January 13, 2026 — Agent Real Estate Schools today announced that Joy Parker has joined its instructional team. Parker teaches the school’s 12-week Group Study program and 1-Day Power Prep course, supporting students as they complete required education and prepare for the California real estate salesperson examination.
Parker brings more than 14 years of experience in the real estate industry, including 10 years in title insurance and escrow sales and four years in real estate leadership. Today, she works as a hard money lender, adding current real estate financing perspective to her broad understanding of the real estate process and the relationships that help transactions move forward.
Her professional strengths include helping real estate agents plan and grow their businesses, develop customer-service-centered practices, and turn ideas into practical business models. In the classroom, Parker will help students connect course concepts with the communication, preparation, and professional habits that support a strong start in real estate. Her instruction is educational and does not constitute individualized mortgage, financial, or legal advice.
Parker’s commitment to teaching is rooted in her love of helping others achieve their goals. She brings coaching experience, confidence, and an encouraging approach to students beginning a new professional chapter. Her personal guiding principle is, “Be grateful and make every day count.”
Born in Oklahoma and raised in San Diego, Parker attended San Diego State University. Outside of her work with real estate professionals and students, she enjoys spending time with her two children and three grandchildren, hiking, walking on the beach, and relaxing by the fire.
