100% Tuition Reimbursement Program Policy

Effective Date: August 16, 2026
Program Administrator: Agent Real Estate Schools

1. About the Program

Some brokerages offer tuition reimbursement or education incentives to newly licensed real estate agents, which may allow eligible Agent Real Estate Schools students to recover some or all of their qualifying course tuition after completing a qualifying transaction. Availability and terms vary by brokerage, and participation is optional.

The 100% Tuition Reimbursement Program is a brokerage-sponsored benefit available through certain participating real estate brokerages. Agent Real Estate Schools provides information about the program and may assist students in identifying participating brokerages and understanding the reimbursement process. However, reimbursement is provided and approved by the participating brokerage, not by Agent Real Estate Schools.

Participation in the program does not require a student to affiliate with any particular brokerage. Students remain free to interview with and select the brokerage of their choice.

2. Participating Brokerages

The 100% Tuition Reimbursement Program is available only through brokerages that have elected to participate.

Not every brokerage that works with Agent Real Estate Schools, hosts classes, refers students, or participates in career connection activities offers tuition reimbursement.

Participating brokerages may be identified on Agent Real Estate Schools brokerage pages by the 100% Tuition Reimbursement Program participation logo.

Students should confirm participation directly with the brokerage during the interview process and obtain the brokerage's reimbursement commitment in writing before affiliating or onboarding.

Because brokerage participation and individual program terms may change, the presence of a brokerage on the Agent Real Estate Schools website should not, by itself, be relied upon as a guarantee of reimbursement.

3. Student Eligibility

To qualify for reimbursement, a student must:

Confirm with the interviewing brokerage that it participates in the 100% Tuition Reimbursement Program and will honor the reimbursement benefit;

Obtain the brokerage's reimbursement terms and approval in writing before affiliating or onboarding;

Obtain the applicable real estate license;

Affiliate with a brokerage participating in the 100% Tuition Reimbursement Program;

Meet any additional eligibility requirements established by that brokerage;

Complete a qualifying first transaction while affiliated with the participating brokerage; and

Submit any documentation required by the brokerage within the applicable reimbursement period.

The participating brokerage may establish additional eligibility requirements. Students are responsible for reviewing and understanding those requirements before affiliating with the brokerage.

4. What Is a Qualifying First Transaction?

For purposes of the 100% Tuition Reimbursement Program, a qualifying first transaction generally means the student's first successfully closed real estate sales transaction after licensure while affiliated with the participating brokerage.

To qualify, the transaction must:

Be completed while the student is affiliated as a licensed real estate agent with the participating brokerage;

Successfully close;

Result in commission income payable to the agent through the participating brokerage; and

Meet any additional requirements established in the brokerage's written reimbursement terms.

Transactions that are cancelled, withdrawn, terminated, or otherwise fail to close do not qualify.

Leases, referral fees, broker price opinions (BPOs), and similar activities or fees are not automatically considered qualifying first transactions and require written approval from the participating brokerage to qualify for reimbursement.

5. Eligible Programs and Expenses

Reimbursement applies to eligible tuition actually paid to Agent Real Estate Schools, subject to the following maximum reimbursement amounts:

1-Day Power Prep: up to $299

Fast Track: up to $399

Group Study: up to $599

The amount reimbursed cannot exceed the amount of eligible tuition actually paid by the student, even when the applicable program maximum is higher.

Unless specifically approved in writing by the participating brokerage, reimbursement does not include third-party, government, membership, licensing, or other expenses, including:

State examination fees;

Real estate license application fees;

Fingerprinting or background-check fees;

Association or MLS dues;

Brokerage fees;

Technology fees;

Continuing education purchased separately; or

Other expenses not paid directly to Agent Real Estate Schools.

6. What "100% Tuition Reimbursement" Means

The term "100% Tuition Reimbursement" means reimbursement of up to 100% of the student's eligible tuition actually paid to Agent Real Estate Schools, subject to the applicable program maximum, the participating brokerage's written terms, eligibility requirements, approval, and exclusions.

For example, if a student pays $499 in eligible tuition for a program with a reimbursement limit of $599, the maximum reimbursement would be $499.

The program does not provide reimbursement in excess of the student's actual eligible tuition expense, nor does it mean that every student, course, fee, or transaction automatically qualifies.

7. How to Request Reimbursement

Unless the participating brokerage's written terms provide otherwise, the student must request reimbursement from the participating brokerage within 30 days after the qualifying transaction closes.

The participating brokerage may require documentation such as:

Proof of eligible tuition paid to Agent Real Estate Schools;

Documentation confirming the qualifying closed transaction;

Confirmation of the student's affiliation with the brokerage; and

Any reimbursement form, onboarding agreement, or other documentation required by the brokerage.

Students should retain their Agent Real Estate Schools tuition receipt and the brokerage's written reimbursement approval.

Incomplete or late requests may delay or prevent reimbursement.

8. Reimbursement Approval and Payment

All reimbursements are subject to verification and approval by the participating brokerage in accordance with the written terms agreed upon between the student and brokerage.

Agent Real Estate Schools does not make the brokerage's approval or payment decision and does not guarantee that a reimbursement request will be approved or paid.

Depending on the participating brokerage's policies, an approved reimbursement may be provided:

As a direct payment to the student;

As a credit or reduction in company dollar or other brokerage charges associated with the qualifying commission disbursement; or

Through another reimbursement method agreed upon in writing between the brokerage and student.

The participating brokerage is responsible for determining and administering its payment method.

9. Deadline to Claim Reimbursement

Unless otherwise stated in the participating brokerage's written reimbursement terms, an eligible student must submit the reimbursement request within 30 days after the qualifying transaction closes.

Requests submitted after the applicable deadline may be denied.

If a participating brokerage establishes a different reimbursement deadline in its written agreement with the student, the brokerage-specific terms will control.

10. Brokerage Choice and Career Placement

Participation in the 100% Tuition Reimbursement Program is optional and does not obligate a student to interview with, affiliate with, or remain with any particular brokerage.

Agent Real Estate Schools may provide optional career placement and brokerage connection assistance to students who request it. Students are encouraged to evaluate brokerage opportunities based on their individual goals, training needs, compensation arrangements, business models, and other factors important to their careers.

Participation by a brokerage in the 100% Tuition Reimbursement Program does not constitute a guarantee of employment, affiliation, income, commissions, transactions, or career success and should not be interpreted as a representation that any particular brokerage is appropriate for every student.

11. Changes to Participating Brokerages or Program Terms

Brokerages may establish, modify, suspend, or discontinue their participation, reimbursement benefits, eligibility requirements, or payment procedures.

Agent Real Estate Schools may update this policy to reflect changes in participating brokerages, eligible educational programs, reimbursement limits, administrative procedures, or other program requirements.

Students should review the current policy and obtain the participating brokerage's reimbursement commitment and applicable terms in writing before relying on the availability of tuition reimbursement when making enrollment or brokerage-affiliation decisions.

12. Questions About Eligibility

Students interested in the 100% Tuition Reimbursement Program may contact Agent Real Estate Schools for information about the program and participating brokerages.

Agent Real Estate Schools can help students understand the general program requirements and identify brokerages that have indicated participation. Final eligibility, approval, reimbursement terms, and payment are determined by the participating brokerage.

Important Program Disclosure

The 100% Tuition Reimbursement Program is a benefit offered and funded by participating real estate brokerages. Reimbursement is subject to eligibility requirements, qualifying tuition expenses, completion of a qualifying transaction, required documentation, applicable deadlines, brokerage approval, and the individual brokerage's written terms.

Agent Real Estate Schools does not fund, approve, or guarantee tuition reimbursement and does not guarantee employment, brokerage affiliation, transaction closings, commissions, income, or earnings. Students should obtain reimbursement terms and approval directly from the participating brokerage in writing before affiliating or relying on the benefit.
