Weichert, Realtors® – Rainbow Properties broker/owner Adam Modzeleski teaches the 12-week, instructor-led pre-licensing program in Newark, California.
NEWARK, Calif. — July 18, 2025 — Agent Real Estate Schools announced that Weichert, Realtors® – Rainbow Properties is hosting the school’s 12-week Group Study program for aspiring California real estate professionals seeking an in-person learning experience in Newark and the East Bay.
The program is taught by Adam Modzeleski, broker/owner of Weichert, Realtors® – Rainbow Properties and an instructor with Agent Real Estate Schools. Modzeleski brings more than 40 years of experience in residential real estate, brokerage, lending, negotiation, and complex transactions to the classroom.
Born and raised in Newark, Modzeleski has deep ties to the community and extensive knowledge of the local real estate market. His background also includes teaching real estate as an adjunct professor, giving students the benefit of both practical industry experience and established classroom leadership.

Agent Real Estate Schools’ Group Study program is a 12-week, in-person, instructor-led pre-licensing option. The structured format gives students a consistent classroom schedule, real-time instructor support, peer learning, and practical context as they complete their required California real estate coursework.
Classes are hosted through Weichert, Realtors® – Rainbow Properties at 6658 Thornton Avenue in Newark. Current class dates, enrollment availability, and schedule information will be published through the Agent Real Estate Schools website and official training calendar.
Agent Real Estate Schools is brokerage-inclusive and serves students regardless of their future brokerage affiliation. Participation in Group Study does not require a student to join Weichert or any other brokerage and does not guarantee employment, affiliation, licensing, or tuition reimbursement.
