Each course is designed to teach you about your state’s laws as they relate to real estate licensing. You will be learning about ownership rights in real estate in the United States and how consumers finance real estate, including federal laws governing this category. You will also be learning about the brokerage business, including, but not limited to, the Fair Housing Laws of the land. Last but not least, you will learn the appraisal process. 
 
It can be like learning an entirely new language, the language of real estate. There is a whole new vocabulary and new definitions that you may not have been familiar with before taking the course. It will be important to learn those new words and definitions as they will be covered on the final exam.
