From the time you complete your enrollment process, you have immediate access to your course and all materials.
Your 12 months of access to the course begins on the date of enrollment. If you purchase a package with multiple pre-license courses, you have 12 months to complete your courses.
There are exceptions to this policy when the state requires that you complete your courses and final exam within a specific time frame. Please see our State Licensing Requirements tab and choose your state to find out if your state has different rules regarding course completion deadlines.
