Our live online classes are designed to give you a streamlined experience from start to finish. You can attend from wherever you study best, connect with your instructor in real time, and keep moving forward without driving to a classroom. A few simple steps before class will help you feel prepared and ready to learn.
How do live online classes work?
You can access your live online class directly through your student portal. Once you log in, open the area for webinars or live classes to find the available days and times for your course. Classes may be offered during the day, in the early evening, or on weekends. Follow the schedule and attendance instructions shown for your enrollment.
When will I receive my link to attend class?
Your class link will be available through your student portal with the applicable course or scheduled session. You may also receive reminders by email, so make sure your email address is current and do not opt out of important course communications. If you do not see your link as the class time approaches, check your spam or junk folder and contact us with the course title, date, and time.
Do I need any technical expertise?
No. Our live online classes are designed to be easy to access. You will need a computer or another supported device with a reliable internet connection, audio output, and any camera or microphone required for your class. Review the instructions in your student portal before class because some activities may work better on a computer than on a phone or tablet.
What should I do before class begins?
We recommend testing your speakers or headphones, microphone, and camera before class. Open your class link about 15 minutes early so you have time to complete any sign-in or software steps and make sure everything is working correctly. Confirm the class time and time zone, connect your device to power, and keep your student portal open in case you need to review the class instructions.
What can I do if I have trouble hearing or viewing the class?
Live online classes use internet audio, which means you will listen through your device. Headphones can provide the best audio and help reduce background noise, but your computer speakers may also work. Test your sound with another trusted website before class. If you still have trouble, confirm that the correct speaker or headphones are selected and that your browser or class application has permission to use the required audio, camera, and microphone. Refresh or rejoin the session if the class instructions allow it.
How often can I attend classes?
You are welcome to attend the classes available with your enrollment. Access, scheduling, and repeat-attendance options may vary by course or package, so use the current schedule and instructions shown in your student portal. If you are unsure whether you may repeat a class, contact us and we will help you confirm your options.
Can I watch a recording if I miss a class?
Past recordings may be available for some courses in your student portal. However, a recording may not replace required live attendance or participation. Check the instructions for your course and confirm whether viewing a recording counts toward completion before relying on it to make up a missed class.
How do I access my certificate of completion?
After you complete all course requirements and your completion has been processed, log in to your student portal and open your dashboard. Select the completed course and look for the certificate or download option. You may be able to print the certificate directly or download it for your records. If it does not appear, contact us with your course name, completion date, and enrollment email address.
What information should I provide when asking for help?
- Your full name and enrollment email address
- Your state and course name
- The scheduled class date, time, and time zone
- The device and browser or class application you are using
- The exact error message and a screenshot, when possible
