With most states we offer courses in, you will not be required to sit in a classroom. With Agent Real Estate Schools, you can take your pre-licensing course anywhere as long as you have an internet connection. This gives you the flexibility to take the course when it fits into your busy schedule, from the comfort of your own home or wherever you feel comfortable.

How long it takes to complete your real estate pre-licensing course depends on which state you are trying to get licensed in. Some states have less hours required than others and the required hours depend on your state’s limitations.
If you are taking courses for a state that is timed, you will need to complete the hours as the state requires. If there are no course limitations, you will be allowed to complete the course at your own pace.
If you have chosen the Group Study Course package you will get a choice of either physical text books or digital text books. You will also have the option of purchasing student manuals at an additional cost of $25 each.
If you have chosen the Fast Track Course package you do not receive any extra course materials but the option to purchase books and manuals at an additional cost of $25 each if available.
Once you have completed your enrollment you can easily access your courses on your student portal. To access your courses, click on the Student Login button in the upper right-hand corner of the Agent Real Estate Schools website. Enter your username and the password and click on the login button.
You can access your courses directly through your student portal. If you have purchased a Group Study package, once you login, on the left side of your screen you will see your menu. Click on “My Webinars” to find available times and days to attend your desired course. If you have purchased a Fast Track package, you will find your courses on your dashboard.

Our package is a “NEW” concept in the world of pre-licensing real estate course work, where approved-only instructors will spend six hours of time with you in a one-on-one setting in order to help you achieve your goal of passing the real estate licensing exam.
Go to your states page and click on the “My Courses” tab on the menu. It will drop down to reveal all course options in your state. If tutoring is available in your state, it will be on that drop down menu. If it is not available there will be other options for cram courses such as Prep Practice or 1 Day Prep Course.
All Agent Real Estate Schools’ courses are 100% refundable. Your time and money are valuable and if you change your mind and don’t want to continue your real estate education or you feel that you are not getting what you need, then we are happy to give you your money back.
Once you start the course, or even if you haven't started, you have 30 days to request a refund for 100% of your purchase price.
Once you have completed your enrollment and have received your email receipt you should see your purchased course listed on your homepage when you log in. If you do not see your purchased course, it could be that you accidently set up more than one user login and could be logged into the wrong account.
